Kampen Valve Care B.V. (KVC) has years of experience within different
market segments like oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, power and
paper and pulp.
The main services are the delivery and overhauling of safety relief
valves, control valves and line valves including spares. To provide their
services to every region of the Netherlands and off-shore Kampen valve
care has three service locations (see Facilities).
The company mission is stated as follows;
"To provide caring services to all end-users of industrial valves in
managing the performance of their safety and control loops".
In order to fulfil this mission KVC has a strategy to be the link between
the end-user and the OEM of the valves. KVC believes that the plant integrity is of most importance
and safety relief valves are the last protection devices of the plant which should work at all times.
Therefore KVC overhauls all valves in accordance with factory specifications and uses original
spares during the process. Proper maintenance on valves also results in minimizing the operational
risks and productivity increase due to extended life of existing and new plants.
KVC has several authorisations of OEM'ers of safety relief valves, control valves and
pressure/vacuum valves. Working in accordance with the factory specifications means that KVC
works with certified personnel who are trained by the OEM and the use of original spares.
When the knowledge, stock and R&D the OEM'er are combined with the local workshops, trained
personnel and flexibility of KVC the end-user will profit from this synergy.
